SolidWorks Labs Introduced

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana (SolidWorks World 2007), February 5, 2007 - SolidWorks introduced SoldWorks Labs, a website from which it will offer an early look at new products and technologies from its R&D divisions. SolidWorks follows the example of Google, and Autodesk, both of which have had similar "lab" sites.

  • Zoomin - looks like a "fun" viewer for 3D models, add/change color, animate, etc.
  • DWG Navigator - searches DWG and DXF files for data, includes Pack and Go
